Every credit card issuer has their own policies regarding liability for online credit card purchases. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you order from us, you may send it back to us unused in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges.  If the product is damaged we will send you a replacement or refund the purchase price, provided you return it to us within 30 days.To initiate a return please follow the procedure outlined below: 

1)     Package your return to prevent damage to the item(s).

2)     Include a copy of your sales receipt or Invoice as well as a note indicating the reason for your return inside the package.

3)     Clearly write the invoice number on the outside of your package.

4)     Send the item to us freight prepaid. 

*Please Note: You are responsible for delivering returned packages to us in good condition. We recommend that you ship all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation to cover the cost of your items should they be lost or damaged. 

Once products for return have been received you will be issued a store credit and it will post to your account within 15 days.  Once the credit has been applied to your account you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the amount.  Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement if you request a credit to your credit card account.

Shipping Rates and Information

In stock items are usually shipped the next business day after your order has been received.  Items which are out of stock will be backordered and will be shipped to you when we receive them from the manufacturer.  There is no additional fee charged for shipping backordered items to you. 

Orders will be charged the current USPS rates for Priority Mail Service with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation; these rates can be found on the USPS.com website or following this link: http://pe.usps.gov/text/dmm/R100.htm.  If you request that your order be shipped via any other method additional charges will apply and you will be notified via e-mail of the actual charge for shipping.

Please note the following:

• United States: All orders are shipped United States Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made.  If your order is shipped via US Priority Mail, you should receive it within one week from the time it was placed.  All shipments include Delivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.  Your Delivery Confirmation Number will be sent to you via e-mail when your order has shipped.  If, according to www.USPS.com Delivery Confirmation records, your order is shown as not delivered after three weeks from the date it was shipped we will either replace your order at no additional cost or we will refund your money including shipping charges.  You must report any missing orders to us within one month from the date the order was placed.
• Canada: Most orders 5 pounds and less are shipped Air Mail letter-post ($15.00) or Air Mail parcel-post ($20.00); either method will include Delivery Insurance.  Claims of loss will be processed through the USPS according to their rules, regulations and procedures.  Orders will be charged the current USPS rates for service to Canada with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation; these rates can be found on the USPS.com website or following this link:  http://pe.usps.gov/text/pub51/51tblc.html#_Toc498745158.

Please Note: Delivery Insurance is not available to Indonesia, Mexico, Norway, or APO boxes and all shipments to Indonesia, Mexico, Norway, or APO boxes are at the full risk of the buyer.  We are not responsible for any uninsured shipment.  Also note that upon receipt of your International order there may be fees, duties or taxes added by your local government that you must pay.

Taxes

State sales tax is charged only if your order is shipped to an address located within the state of Florida; otherwise state sales tax will not be added to your purchase total.
